The Scrum Collective is a decentralized group of passionate Scrum practitioners from many different industries and communities. We are driven to socialize the principles, practices and values of Scrum and to engage others in courageous conversation about change. We act on our own initiative, as the spirit moves us, with a mission to serve the wider Scrum community.
Our work as part of this group is not driven by monetary gain or promises of certification or other rewards. This is a community effort where a palpable change of heart, or a single "aha!" moment is the inspiration and fuel to continue.
