Course Description
The introduction of Scrum creates many challenges to an organization, especially to management. It requires a new mind-set, a new way of thinking, which can be both enlightening and unnerving at the same time. To succeed in this new paradigm support with navigating the necessary organizational and cultural change is essential. The Product Owner course offered by Tobias Mayer offers such support. Prerequisites A decent understanding of the Scrum principles and practices is required.
